Suggested January 2024 Apple Releases Watchos 7 With Family Setup, Sleep Tracking, And Much More

Alongside iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and macOS 11 Big Sur, Apple also showcased watchOS 7 at this year’s WWDC. And now the public release is finally here.

As expected, Apple on Wednesday officially released the next major update for the Apple Watch lineup. With watchOS 7, Apple is adding a variety of new features, making some important tweaks, and even making it possible to pair multiple Apple Watches to a single iPhone.

You can see the list of Apple Watch models that support watchOS 7 right here.

Let’s jump in!

What’s new in watchOS 7 Family Setup

While Apple is working towards a relatively independent experience on Apple Watch, it still relies on the iPhone. Which means if you want to enjoy Apple’s smartwatch, you need an iPhone to connect it to. But that’s changing with watchOS 7, as Apple is expanding the availability of Apple Watch to those who might not have an iPhone.

Family members that use Family Setup will be able to use Messages, make phone calls, set up their Activity goals, and much more thanks to a dedicated phone number. Parents will be able to approve all contacts before their child is able to communicate with them.

Each Apple Watch wearer that sets up using Family Setup will get their own phone number, which is associated with a separate cellular plan. With their own Apple ID they will be able to follow family events in Calendar, look at synced photo albums, and much more. There’s even a new Apple Cash Family, making it quick and easy to send money to their child so they can pay with their Apple Watch.

Siri will work on the Apple Watch as expected. And the child or other user can also listen to Apple Music by connecting Bluetooth headphones or speakers to the Apple Watch. And with Apple Maps, each user can setup navigation to the place they are going, whether it’s to a friend’s house or the park, while the guardian can keep tabs in real time.

Apple tweaked the experience for the Activity feature specifically for kids. Now, instead of tracking calories burned, the Activity rings will track Move minutes. Users will be able to build customizable goals for each Apple Watch user, including Outdoor Walk, Outdoor Run, Outdoor Cycle, which have been tuned for kids. The experience has been tuned to feature more emoji, too. Users can share their Activity Challenges, and accept Activity Competitions as well.

The Emergency SOS feature is available with Family Setup, and guardians will be made aware automatically when it’s activated. This includes fall detection on supported Apple Watch models. Kids will be able to reference their Medical ID as well. And when permission is granted, users will be able to see their full shared data.

No matter where the student is learning, it’s important to stay focused. So, Schooltime will help with that. It’s a new feature meant to make it so kids can’t access the additional features baked into their Apple Watch while they are studying. When Schooltime is activated, a distinct yellow circle is displayed on the Apple Watch’s face. This is meant to show that Do Not Disturb is switched on, and access to other features is disabled. Parents will be able to set specific hours for Schooltime, which means the Apple Watch will automatically activate the feature when the time comes.

It can also be turned on in Control Center from the child’s Apple Watch.

Downtime also works on the Apple Watch as well, as part of the Screen Time feature. Kids will be notified Downtime is starting five minutes before it’s activated.

New watch faces and complications

As is par for the course with a new release of watchOS, Apple is offering up a variety of new watch faces as well. Apple is also expanding complications in a big way, offering the ability for apps to have more than one option. This means you can get much more relevant information from one app, all at a glance.

There is the Chronograph Pro watch face, which features a built in tachymeter. A new stripes watch face. You can now put your favorite Memoji as the background of your watch as well, which will animate when you look at your device.

(watch) Face sharing

watchOS 7 finally allows for the ability to share watch faces to other Apple Watch users. It’s all very simple and quick, too. Users can share a watch face either by posting a link online, emailing it, or a direct text message. The text message, which can be read on the Apple Watch, allows for the easiest download and installation of the new watch face.

What’s more, websites can build and share watch faces, too. So if you check a site for your personal hobby often, and they build a watch face like the one you can see just above for surfing, you can quickly add it to your Apple Watch. And of course, Apple will be curating and distributing new watch faces through the App Store for the Apple Watch.

Sleep tracking

There is a new sleep app for the Apple Watch thanks to watchOS 7, and it brings sleep tracking to the smartwatch. The app will capitalize on the ability to make a sleep schedule and a bedtime routine, helping you stick your routine to get a good night’s rest and be ready for the next day. In the new Sleep Mode, your Apple Watch will automatically switch on Do Not Disturb, and it will keep your screen from waking up.

As you wear at the watch to bed more often, you’ll get a sleep chart to analyze your sleep pattern over the last week. And the Apple Watch will use its accelerometer to track your sleep. When you wake up, you’ll see your battery level and the current weather conditions and a weather report.

Fitness

Apple is adding new workouts that can be tracked with the Apple Watch. Those are: Functional Strength Training, Core Training, and Dance. And now the Apple Watch can even track your post-workout Cooldown. The Fitness app is getting revamped as well, now showing all your pertinent data including Awards, Workouts, Activity, and Activity Trends.

Apple Activity Competitions will help you keep in shape while throwing in some competitive fun with friends and family.

Handwashing

What Apple says is the result of “years of work”, the new Handwashing detection feature in watchOS 7 does exactly what the name suggests. The Apple Watch will use the built-in microphone and motion sensors to read when you are washing your hands. When it detects this, it will automatically start a 20-second countdown. If the Apple Watch detects you stopped early, it will politely remind you to go the full 20 seconds.

And now the Apple Watch can remind you to wash your hands when you get home.

The rest

Apple Watch’s update to watchOS 7 comes with a lot more under the hood for users to enjoy. That includes updates to Siri for on-device dictation support, and easier access to Shortcuts. Siri on the Apple Watch can now translate in 10 languages, with spoken translation for good measure.

There are also updates for hearing health, with tweaks to the Noise app with a “safe weekly listening notification”, allowing users to set a max audio volume, and even a summary of your weekly listening.

Apple’s watchOS 7 is now available to download and install as a free update for these compatible variants:

Apollo For Reddit Ios App Gains Family Sharing Support, New Icons, Much More

The popular Apollo for Reddit iOS app has received a solid update today with support for Family Sharing, following users, a range of new icons, open links on clipboard, and much more.

Apollo for Reddit offers a fantastic experience on iPhone and iPad and today’s 1.10.6 update offered a host of new features and improvements.

First up, Apollo Pro or Ultra subscriptions now work with Family Sharing. This was a big request from users and developer Christian Selig has delivered!

Other great changes include new icons for Apollo, the ability to follow users like celebrities or other notable Reddit accounts, tweaks to better show snoomoji (Reddit’s emoji), Share as Image improvements, and a privacy nutrition label for the App Store.

Apollo for Reddit is a free download from the App Store with Pro and Ultra subscriptions going from $0.99 a month. The app has an impressive 4.8/5 star average rating on over 120,000 reviews.

Check out Christian’s full notes on the release below:

Hey all!

Been hard at work on this update for awhile now. It’s been tricky to split my time between the upcoming iPad version (takes a lot of work!), chipping away at a Mac version, while also keeping the App Store version pumping with requested features and bug fixes, but I’m up for the task!

This update includes a bunch of requested features over the last little bit that should make Apollo even more delightful to use.

Family Sharing

A big one many have requested is that Apollo now works completely with Family Sharing, so if you have other family members on your iTunes account you can pick up Apollo Pro or Ultra as easy as could be. And if you don’t have Apollo Ultra or Pro, family members can get together and chip in to buy whatever you desire and all reap the rewards. You’re going to want to for the next feature!

Icons

A bunch of new icons! Who doesn’t love icons? (If you don’t keep scrolling there’s lots of other stuff too :P) This is the biggest single update in terms of added icons in Apollo’s history. There’s two new Ultra icons, both made by the incredibly talented Matthew Skiles, called Space Shanty (a beautiful rendition of our dude in space), and Roary the Dragon, a beautiful rendition of the Apollo icon as a dragon, which nicely coincides with Chinese New Year which is pretty cool. In addition, there’s two new icons in the Community Icon Pack, by u/berrymetal and u/johnnysilverpaw, featuring an absolutely shocked version of the Apollo mascot plus a beautiful canvas painting rendition. And lastly, for our Pro users, there’s a bunch new secret icons. A bunch of them are based on some video content creators I (and a lot of you) like so I thought it’d be some fun easter eggs, so happy unlocking those, I won’t say anymore. 🙂 Apollo Ultra obviously gives you all of the above icons, so it’s the best way to do it, but they’re available a la carte as well.

Following Users

You can now follow users easily within Apollo. For those of you wondering what that means, if a particular Reddit user (say, a celebrity) has interesting content they can post it to their own profile. It’s kind of a hybrid between a subreddit and a user. So now you can follow that user and posts made to their “own subreddit” will show up just like any other subreddit in your feed.

Little Reddit Experiments Share as Image Improvements Includes a “Privacy Nutrition Label”

Apollo now has a cute little “privacy nutrition label” on its App Store page (you know, one of those many things Facebook is in a tizzy over) so you can get an overview of Apollo’s privacy practices at a glance. Spoiler: it’s not very exciting as I don’t want your info. Apollo used to have Firebase integrated for some analytics (what percentage of people use dark mode, most popular home screen icons, etc.) and crash reporting, but in order to slim down and simplify this nutritional label even further I even excluded those. If you want more info, Apollo’s privacy policy page is a pretty easy read too.

This was a popular feature pre-iOS 14 that I temporarily removed because iOS 14 added the awesome (honestly! I really like them) alerts when an app is reading your clipboard and some people were understandably getting confused with Apollo.

Basically this feature lets you copy a Reddit link to your clipboard to offer to open in Apollo the next time you open the app, say if a friend messages you a funny Reddit link and you want to read it in Apollo.

Lost of other stuff!

Read the full changelog below for an overview of everything in this update, as well as all the juicy bug fixes y’all were kind enough to report to me.

Changelog

FEATURES

BUG FIXES

Everyone upvoted a bug with a GIF of a fluffy dog in it so I fixed that bug too. Not going to lie the cute dog distracted me a little but I think it was something to do with GIF progress not updating in crossposts.

Fixed bug where you couldn’t fully disable “tap to collapse”, so now you can!

Fixed bug where subreddits in subreddit listing in dark mode had slightly lighter background color

Fixed some issues with video playback

Fixed crash that could occur when downloading some GIFs

Fixed background color of inbox boxes in dark mode

Fixed occasional crash that could happen with opening videos in media viewer

Fixed bug where haptic touch context menus would be reversed for subreddit and user

Fixed bug with moderators setting flair where custom flair wouldn’t get set

Fixed bug where when refreshing your Inbox some messages could randomly disappear for a second or cause the badge count to be incorrect

Fixed another crashing bug that could occur with formatting dates (calendrical, not the fruit)

Some other tiny bug fixes and tweaks and tidies that make everything just a little bit spiffier

Thanks!

I would have had even more juicy things in this update, but as mentioned I’ve been splitting my time between the “main” version as well as the others versions you have been begging me to build, so I appreciate the patience while I polish the diamond that is the iPad app, and eventually a Mac app as well. Can’t wait to show you more on the iPad app front soon, got some teasers in mind. 🙂

Oh, two apps I really love came out with two awesome updates as well recently that if you’re a fan of the indie app space I think you’ll really enjoy. CARROT Weatherhas a dope new update and the UI is gorgeous and mega customizable, and similarly Tweetbot, one of my most used apps, has a really great new update with some UI tweaks and new features that I’m digging.

Thank you as always for the support. I will continue to work hard for you!

1Password 7 For Mac Now Available With Overhauled ‘Mini’ Window, Refreshed Design, Much More

AgileBits has released 1Password 7 for Mac, a brand new version of its robust password management app. 1Password 7 includes an overhauled ‘mini’ window that’s now standalone, a refreshed look, Watchtower with haveibeenpwned․com integration, and much more.

1Password has been my go-to solution for managing user names and passwords on the web for years. The app lets you create a strong unique password for every individual account, and handy extensions on iOS, Mac and Safari make accessing passwords when you need them convenient.

1Password 7 for Mac starts with a new version of 1Password mini. This feature started as a menu bar shortcut to quickly access credentials without launching the full one, and now 1Password mini is being upgraded to a standalone floating window.

It’s still activated from the menu bar shortcut, and now 1Password mini is more robust with Spotlight-like search design and smart recommendations. For example, 1Password mini will automatically suggest items based on context like web pages. Smart recommendation even works with apps like iTunes.

In the main app, 1Password’s sidebar is now collapsible and has a high-contrast dark theme. Users with multiple vaults will appreciate easily being able to identify which items are in which vaults. And notes within items now support rich text formatting using Markdown.

1Password 7 also proactively monitors credentials for security with a feature called Watchtower. This feature will flag old, weak, and reused passwords and now integrates with external services to increase password security:

Watchtower integrates with Troy Hunt’s chúng tôi service to see if any of your logins are vulnerable. 1Password securely checks your items against a collection of breached passwords (over 500 million and counting) and notifies you to change them.

And thanks to chúng tôi Watchtower also knows which websites support two factor authentication and will alert you when it finds logins without 2FA enabled.

AgileBits also says 1Password 7 is stronger and faster than previous versions:

It all began by combining 1Password and 1Password mini into a single process. This made items faster to load, reduced memory usage, and decreased launch times. The overall performance boosts made us smile as soon as we saw them and we think they’ll make you smile, too.

More changes in version 7.0 below:

Collapse the sidebar entirely so your items get all the love

Quickly find items with our new Spotlight integration

Use Handoff to view iOS items right from your Dock

Easily see your currently selected vault and account

Marvel at the monogrammed icons for tags and logins

Edit your vaults directly from the sidebar

Enjoy the new password strength meter

Remove duplicate items on a per-vault basis

Jump to items and vaults with ease using Quick Open

Opt in to automatic updates so you can always enjoy the latest and greatest 1Password has to offer

1Password 7 for Mac is included with a 1Password Membership which starts at $2.99/month after a 30-day free trial and includes access to 1Password on all platforms.

AgileBits is also offering 1Password 7 for Mac as a one-time purchase for $49.99 (regular $64.99) at launch:

Those of you with a standalone license for version 6 will be prompted to subscribe or purchase a license when 1Password 7 first opens. Licenses will cost $64.99 but are available during our launch special for only $49.99. Licenses are per-person, per-platform so you can use your single license on as many Macs as you have.

1Password 7 for Mac is available to download from AgileBits and is required for license customers; the Mac App Store version will require a subscription.

Apple Announces Watchos 4 Apple Watch Update

SAN JOSE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Apple® today previewed watchOS® 4, featuring a proactive Siri® watch face that displays the information users need most throughout the day, personalized Activity coaching and an entirely new music experience. The update features an enhanced Workout app and introduces GymKit, a groundbreaking technology platform that will offer customers connected workouts with cardio equipment.

“Apple Watch is the ultimate device for a healthy life and is now more intelligent than ever with watchOS 4,” said Jeff Williams, Apple’s chief operating officer. “We’ve created a truly individualized experience with the smartest Activity and Workout apps, the Siri watch face that shows you the information you need when you need it and we’re seamlessly bringing users their favorite music right on the wrist.”

Intelligence

Siri intelligence extends further into Apple Watch® with the new Siri watch face. With each raise of the wrist, the information on the display dynamically updates based on the time of day, daily routines and pertinent data from apps such as Activity, Alarms, Breathe, Calendar, Maps, Reminders and Wallet, as well as headlines from the new Apple News™ app for Apple Watch.

With watchOS 4, the Activity app delivers intelligent coaching and tailored encouragement to help close Activity Rings more often and achieve longer success streaks. Every morning, users will receive a personalized notification if they’re close to earning an Achievement, or suggest what they can do to match yesterday’s activity levels. If needed, toward the end of the day, they’ll be told exactly how long they should walk to close their Activity Rings before the day is over. Users will also receive unique Monthly Challenges designed just for them.

Listening to music is more personal than ever with a redesigned Music app that automatically syncs your New Music Mix, Favorites Mix and most listened to music. With even more songs on the wrist, the effortless combination of Apple Watch paired with AirPods™ makes listening to music ideal for workouts or on the go.

Fitness

The updated Workout app now includes auto-sets for pool swim workouts and new motion and heart rate algorithms for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. With watchOS 4, customers doing back-to-back workouts or training for a triathlon can combine multiple workouts to capture overall calorie and time measurements.

With GymKit, customers using their favorite cardio equipment will soon be able to pair their Apple Watch directly to treadmills, ellipticals, indoor bikes or stair steppers from global manufacturers such as Life Fitness and Technogym with a simple tap. In an industry first, data not previously communicated between smartwatch and fitness machine will sync seamlessly — including calories, distance, speed, floors climbed, incline and pace — resulting in the most accurate measurements possible with less device management.

Watch Faces & Bands

In addition to the Siri watch face, new Toy Story watch faces bring to life favorite Pixar characters including Woody, Jessie and Buzz Lightyear, while the Kaleidoscope watch face turns static images into mesmerizing patterns. New complications include Now Playing and Apple News.

Today, Apple also introduced new summer band colors, giving customers more options than ever to express their personal style. This season’s offering includes vibrant Sports Bands, a bright yellow Classic Buckle and Nike Sport Band options that color-match with the Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit Day to Night Collection. As a celebration of diversity and inclusion, Apple is also offering a Pride Edition Woven Nylon in rainbow stripe.

Person to Person Payments with Apple Pay

With watchOS 4, Apple Watch users can make and receive person to person payments quickly, easily and securely with friends and family with Apple Pay®, within Messages or using Siri. When users get paid, they receive the money in their new Apple Pay Cash™ account and can use it instantly to send to someone, make purchases using Apple Pay in stores and apps, or transfer it to their bank account.

Ecg App For Apple Watch Series 4 Now Available With Watchos 5.1.2

Apple today released the watchOS 5.1.2 software for all Apple Watch models, sans Series 0. As we indicated earlier, the update has brought a new on-demand ECG feature to Series 4 models.

Apple’s Chief Operating Officer Jeff Williams said in a prepared statement:

Apple Watch has helped so many people around the world and we are humbled that it has become such an important part of our customers’ lives. With the release of these new heart features, Apple Watch takes the next step in empowering people with more information about their health.

Aside from the ECG app, watchOS 5.1.2 brings other enhancements, such as an irregular heart rhythm notification and a new onscreen setup flow that includes details about:

Who can use watchOS 5.1.2’s new heart features

What they can and cannot do

What results users may get

How to interpret those results

As part of the new onboarding process, you’ll be given clear instructions as to what to do if you’re experiencing certain symptoms that might require immediate medical attention.

ECG app is here

The ECG app appears after updating the watchOS software on the device.

The ECG app is exclusive to Apple Watch Series 4, which sports a new electric heart rate sensor. The feature is pretty straightforward: you just touch your watch’s Digital Crown for about thirty seconds. Dong so closes an electric circuit between the electrodes built into the Digital Crown and the back crystal, letting the watch read your heart’s electrical signals.

After 30 seconds, your heart rhythm is classified as either AFib, sinus rhythm or inconclusive. The app generates a digital ECG waveform similar to a single-lead electrocardiogram and saves it securely in the Health app on your paired iPhone with iOS 12.1.1, which released yesterday, letting you share it easily with your doctor.

Tapping the option Export a PDF for Your Doctor in the Health app does just that.

The ECG app is a regulated feature that’s currently exclusive to the United States. According to Apple, its accuracy was confirmed by a clinical trial of 600 participants in the United States:

Rhythm classification from a gold standard 12-lead ECG by a cardiologist was compared to the rhythm classification of a simultaneously collected ECG from the ECG app. The study found the ECG app on Apple Watch demonstrated 98.3 percent sensitivity in classifying AFib and 99.6 percent specificity in classifying sinus rhythm in classifiable recordings. In the study, 87.8 percent of recordings could be classified by the ECG app.

Series 4 is the first device to get FDA’s clearance for over-the-counter ECG features. Apple’s been working with regulators on bringing the app to customers in Europe, Canada and elsewhere, although the approval process could take years in countries like the UK.

Non-US customers might be able to access the app by adjusting their regional settings.

Irregular heart rhythm notification

The ECG also tells you if your heart rhythm might show signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib).

AFib is the most common form of irregular rhythm. When left untreated, it’s one of the leading conditions that can result in stroke, the second most common cause of death around the world. The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates AFib can affect up to two percent of the younger population and nine percent of those 65+ years in the US.

Other new features

Aside from the ECG app for Series 4 and the irregular heart rate notification, the watchOS 5.1.2 software includes other perks like a Control Center toggle for Walkie-Talkie availability and more than half a dozen Infograph complications for stock Apple apps.

TUTORIAL: Rearranging Control Center toggles on Apple Watch

The new Control Center toggle allows you to change your Walkie-Talkie availability without having to do it through the app itself. Just tap the Walkie Talkie toggle in your Control Center to change your status between Available (green) or Unavailable (grey). You can also adjust your availability by toggling a switch at the top of your friends list in the Walkie-Talkie app itself.

The new complications for the Infograph and Infograph Modular watch faces are now available for key Apple apps such as Home, Mail, Maps, Messages, News, Phone and Remote. Like before, you manage these in the companion Watch app on your iPhone (with iOS 12.1.1).

Those who use one of these apps on a regular basis should add its complication to their watch face so they could jump straight into the app by touching the complication.

watchOS 5.1.2 changelog

Apple’s official release notes for this update follow right below.

This update includes new features, improvements and bug fixes:

New ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4 (US and US territories only)

Allows you to take an electrocardiogram similar to a single-lead electrocardiogram.

Can indicate whether your heart rhythm shows signs of atrial fibrillation—a serious form of irregular heart rhythm—or sinus rhythm, which means your heart is beating in a normal pattern.

Saves ECG waveform, classification and any noted symptoms in a PDF on the Health app on iPhone to share with your doctor.

Adds the ability to receive an alert if an irregular heart rhythm that appears to be atrial fibrillation is detected (US and US territories only).

Enables direct access to supported movie tickets, coupons and rewards cards in Wallet when tapped to a contactless reader.

Receive notifications and animated celebrations when you achieve daily maximum points in a day during an Activity competition.

New Infograph complications for Mail, Maps, Messages, Find My Friends, Home, News, Phone and Remote.

Manage your availability for Walkie-Talkie from Control Center.

Read Apple’s support document for details on the security content of this update.

How to install watchOS 5.1.2

To install the update over-the-air, fire up the companion Watch app on your paired iPhone, then hit the My Watch tab and navigate to the section General → Software Update.

If a new update is found, tap Download and Install and enter your passcode if requested. Tapping through the Terms and Conditions screen will start downloading the update to your watch. When finished, tap Install to being the installation process.

Apple Music For Android Is Getting A Sleep Timer With Extensive Options

Apple Music for Android is gaining an integrated sleep timer function with time increments ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour, plus other extensive options..

Apple is currently testing a built-on sleep timer feature in its Apple Music Android client, with a public release expected in a matter of few weeks.

After setting an alarm with available time increments ranging from fifteen minutes to one hour, you’ll see a live countdown within the app.

The built-in feature allows you to gently fall asleep and wake up in the morning to your favorite playlist, artist, tune and so forth.

Apple Music for Android is getting a sleep timer

The feature appears to be pretty well thought out. You can set your timer in fixed increments or use one of the criteria for when the music should start or stop playing. Once you’ve set the timer, live countdown is display throughout the app. When the timer runs out, your preferred music will start or stop playing, which is great if you’d like to fall asleep or wake up in the morning to your favorite tune.

Live countdown persists through different selections in the app so you can always shut off the sleep timer with a quick flip of the switch. The built-in timer feature works with songs, albums, artists, playlists and radio stations. You can also set conditions for when the current song, album or playlist ends, 9to5Google reports.

How to set a sleep timer in Apple Music for Android

In the Apple Music app for Android version 3.10 or later, tap the three-dotted icon next to the song, artist or album name to access the option in the contextual menu.

Launch Apple Music for Android version 3.10 or later.

In Apple Music for Android, access the Now Playing feature.

Hit the three-dotted icon next to the song, artist or album name.

Select the “Sleep Timer” option near the end of the contextual menu.

Choose between time increments or special conditions to activate the timer.

Time increments range from fifteen minutes to one hour. Alternatively, use special conditions to activate the sleep timer, if that’s what you prefer, by choosing between “When Current Song Ends” and “When Current Album Ends” and “When Current Playlist Ends” instead of time increments. Does Apple Music for iPhone have a built-in sleep timer?

No, Apple Music for iOS does not feature a sleep timer within the app. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t a sleep timer feature for Apple Music. As you know, iOS provides a sleep timer within the Clock app that works with your music so you’re covered in that regard although it’s not as feature-rich and developed as its counterpart in the Apple Music Android app. Plus, it’s definitely faster to access a built-in feature than having to switch to the Clock app to set a sleep timer.

When will this feature launch for everybody?

Apple is currently testing this feature in Apple Music beta for Android, which is available on Google’s Play Store. The Cupertino company is expected to continue perfecting the sleep timer until it’s ready for prime time, which should be in about a few weeks from the time of writing. Once the sleep timer is ready, it will hit the stable channel and all users will automatically get the feature after updating the Apple Music app on their Android device.
