Suggested January 2024 How To Check Who Viewed Your Instagram Highlights (2023)
During my trips, I love capturing every moment on my Instagram Stories and saving them as Highlights. But, like many of you, I frequently get the urge to check who has viewed them. It can be frustrating that Instagram doesn’t show the viewer list for IG Highlights after 48 hours of publishing. If you’ve experienced this same issue, don’t worry!
In this article, I’ll share some workarounds on how to check who viewed your Instagram Highlights on your iPhone.
What are Instagram Highlights?
Instagram Highlights allow you to pin select Stories chosen by you on your profile, so they remain visible even after the original Story disappears. These Highlights appear as small circular icons above the feed section on your profile. You can customize your Highlights by adding new Stories, changing the cover image, and rearranging the order to create a visually appealing profile.
How to see who viewed Instagram Highlights on iPhone
Open the Instagram app.
Tap your profile photo at the bottom.
Tap Activity.
Interestingly, if any profile has reacted to your Highlight, you will see a small heart icon on their profile photo.
Also, you can send messages to viewers by tapping the messenger icon next to their profiles. If you want to view their profile or hide your story, tap the three-dot icon next to their name and select Block or Hide Your Story.
Here the only problem is you can’t see the viewers’ count after 48 hours. It’s really frustrating for creators like me as we can’t check the exposure of the Story content. So, I have tried and tested a few methods and found a way to check who viewed my Instagram Highlights after 48 hours.
Check who viewed your Instagram Highlights after 48 hours
Instagram automatically removes the list of viewers when your Instagram highlight has exceeded the time limit of 48 hours from the moment it was uploaded.
However, there’s another way to get the analytics of your Instagram Highlights. You need to turn your profile into a professional account.
Open Instagram → go to your profile.
Tap the hamburger icon → Tap Settings and privacy.
Scroll down to Account type and tools.
Tap Continue.
Choose your account category and tap Done.
Wait until Instagram sets up your profile.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
Now open any Highlight, and you will see Story Insights.
Though the insights don’t provide viewer lists and view counts, you can check the reach means the unique number of accounts who have seen the story at least once. Also, the insights show who has liked your story and engagements. If you boost the story, you can get more in-depth analytics.
Note: Besides this method, the Instagram management tools like Buffer, Sprout Social, etc., help to view your Instagram highlights views and activities.
How to add a new IG Highlight?
You can feature your Stories on your profile and make them a Highlight. So, it can be viewed after 24 hours. Whenever anyone visits your Instagram profile area, they may watch your prior stories. Also, for better understanding, you can add names to each Highlight, use aesthetic covers, and add multiple stories under one Highlight.
Open your Instagram Story → Tap Highlight.
Select New.
Control who can see your Instagram highlights
Whether you have private, public, or professional, you can control the privacy of your IG Story Highlights. Note that only followers can see your highlights if you have a private account.
After you’ve added a story, choose the hamburger menu in the top right → Tap Settings and privacy.
Tap Hide story and live from.
To unhide your story from someone, tap their username to de-select them
How to remove an Instagram story from Highlights?
If you no longer want any highlights on your profile, you may delete that. The Story will be saved to your archive and not be deleted permanently.
Open the highlight → Tap More (three-dot icon).
Select Remove from highlight.

How To Support Your Employees Who Are Working Remotely
Some companies have been working with remote employees for years, while others are still adjusting to having it forced upon them due to the pandemic.
It can be hard for both employers and employees to work remotely. Communication is harder, work evaluation is harder, and time management is harder. In short, everything is harder, especially when you’re not used to it.
Luckily, there are various actions you can take to make the experience better for your employees.
Be clear about their salaryMany companies have had to cut their employees’ salaries or hours due to the financial strain the business is facing thanks to pandemic.
It might not be a fun conversation, but any changes to their salaries need to be communicated clearly to any employees who will be affected.
Also be clear about whether their salary will return to normal once the pandemic has calmed down a bit.
Consider working hoursYou might want to give your employees a bit of extra time off, depending on their situation.
Many employees will be faced with a double workload: doing their actual work, and looking after their children fulltime, depending on whether or not schools in your area are open.
It would be an immense relief if they could have a day off to get their affairs in order. At the very least, consider extending deadlines and giving them more time to complete their work.
People often have the misconception that working from home means they’ll be more productive, but the opposite tends to be true, since there are so many distractions and no one to keep them accountable.
Another great way to support your employees is to offer them the chance to work flexible hours, if that’s a possibility for your business.
Doing this means that they will be able to put in a full day’s work, but when it’s comfortable for them.

How To See Who Is Stalking Your Facebook Profile
They say curiosity killed the cat, but sometimes you want to find out who’s been looking at your Facebook profile, photos, posts, and personal info. Want to know how to see who is stalking your Facebook profile? We’ll show you how to see who might have looked at your profile the most out of your Facebook friends.
How to See Who Is Stalking Your Facebook Profile on the WebAlthough Facebook does allow you to see all your likes, you can’t actually see who’s been looking at your profile, or what they’ve been looking at. You might come across apps or sites claiming that they can show you this information, but there’s no way for them to do this. However, there are some steps you can take to find out who might be looking at your profile the most.

Find Your Top Viewers Using Your Profile’s Source Code
You can supposedly use your profile’s source code to check out who is stalking your Facebook profile, though take this with a pinch of salt as it hasn’t been confirmed these are the people actually visiting your profile.
Sign into Facebook in your browser.
Press
Control + F
on your PC (or
Command + F
on your Mac) to open the search bar.
Type
buddy_id
into the search bar.
In the results, you should see a list of user IDs prefaced by
buddy_id
.
The names on this list may well be those who look at your profile the most, but don’t take this too seriously — it’s also possible that these are simply the people you’ve interacted most with on Facebook recently.
How to See Who Is Stalking Your Facebook Profile with Tracking Links
You could consider using tracking links to log your friends’ IP addresses. This won’t work if all your friends live in your hometown as you won’t get people’s names, just their IP addresses and general locations.
Copy the site URL.
You’ll see a popup saying “
This action requires your consent.
” Select “
I agree and create a URL.
”
Copy or take a note of the
Access Link
, which will enable you to track your results.
Be patient and give it some time before visiting the Access Link.
By doing this a few times, you should get an idea of where the people viewing your posts most often are located, which may help you figure out which friends are stalking your Facebook profile.
Note: This won’t work if your friends are using a proxy or VPN.
What About Suggested Friends or Top Friends?
You might think that you can figure out how to see who is stalking your Facebook profile by looking at your list of top friends or suggested friends. Unfortunately, the People You May Know list isn’t based on people who have viewed your profile. Instead, it’s based on mutual friends in common, your networks, activity, any groups you’re a member of, and so on.
How to See Who Is Stalking Your Facebook Profile on the App (iOS/Android)Things aren’t any different over on the Facebook app for iOS and Android devices either. There still isn’t a way to definitively see who’s stalking your Facebook profile, though this may be a feature that Facebook introduces one day in the future. One thing you can do on Facebook, though, is check if someone blocked you. Or you could always consider switching to one of the best social media alternatives, some of which will allow you to see who’s looking at your profile.
As you can see, if you’re wondering how to see who is stalking your Facebook profile, there’s no one solid answer or solution. Make sure you avoid any third-party apps or sites that promise they can provide you with this information — they could be fishing for your personal information or log in details, and they won’t actually be able to show you who’s stalking you on Facebook.
