So, open Task Manager using Ctrl+Shift+Esc and then look for tasks consuming high system resources. After that, select the process and use the End task button to close it. Once done, try playing Steam VR games and check if the problem is fixed.

There are other methods to update your device drivers. Once done, reboot your computer and play Steam VR games to check if the problem is resolved.

3] Lower your graphics card settings

Here are the steps to do that:

Firstly, open the SteamVR Settings and simply move to the Video tab from the left-side pane.

So, lower your in-game graphics settings and see if it enhances the game’s performance. You can disable the anti-aliasing feature, lower the render scale, reduce or disable certain graphics effects, etc.

10] Try a virtual desktop

You can also use a virtual desktop to play VR games. Oculus Quest 2 users can download the Virtual Desktop app from the Oculus Store and see if it makes games run better or not.

11] Install the VR Performance Toolkit mod

There is this mod called VR Performance Toolkit developed especially for VR games. It helps in achieving more FPS and running the games better. You can download this mod from chúng tôi and then install it on your computer.

12] Reinstall SteamVR if it still lags

If the VR games still lag and there are other performance issues, the problem might lie in the SteamVR app. So, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app to fix the issue. Before doing that, make sure to create a backup of your game data.

How To Move Steam Games To Another Drive

Computer games take up a massive amount of storage space. Some titles even reach 200 GB for a single game. With sizes that large (and if you have limited bandwidth), you don’t want to waste time and data re-downloading a game.

Thankfully, Steam makes it easy to move a game from one drive to another. While this process was more complicated in the past, Steam has now integrated Steam Library folders directly into the client.

Table of Contents

How to Move Steam Games to Another Drive

Once you choose a destination, name the new folder. The name defaults to SteamLibrary if you don’t choose another. When this process is completed, you can move games with ease.

When you install games in the future, you can choose which of the drives you wish to install to. Games you play frequently should go on your primary drive, but games you don’t play often are good candidates for going to a secondary (potentially external) drive so they don’t clutter your memory.

How to Game Between Multiple Computers

There are some instances when someone might game on more than one computer. Maybe you have a rig in your college dorm and one at home, or maybe you play competitively but need your own Steam library for competition. Whatever the reason, you can host your entire library on an external drive and carry it with you.

Create a new Steam library on the external drive.  Download or copy your Steam games to the external drive. Once you’ve done this, you can use the drive on any PC. You will need to install Steam on the new PC and set the default folder to the external drive.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for all of the necessary files to load, but once the game is up and running you should be able to play with little to no latency at all.

Why You Should Move Steam Games

Many modern gaming PCs have two drives: a solid state drive that holds the operating system and the most commonly-played games, and a traditional hard drive with significantly more storage for non-essential files.

If you have a core set of games that you spend most of your time playing, these are the best games to keep on your main drive. However, if there are other games that you want to try out, but you don’t mind longer load times, you can put them on a secondary drive.

This way, your most-played games load quickly and play better, while games that you aren’t going to dedicate most of your time too won’t take up space on the solid state drive. If you start to spend more time with the games on your secondary drive, you can move them to the main drive – just don’t use up all the storage spacel.

Why? Solid state drives load significantly faster than traditional hard drives. A game on a solid state drive will have shorter load times and better performance than a game on a traditional SATA drive.

If you want a good example of where this would be useful, take a look at any open world game. Skyrim, for instance. Open-world games have long load times, but a solid state drive reduces the time you spend waiting and increases the time you spend playing.

The backup feature doesn’t establish backups that include custom game content files for things like saved games, custom maps, configuration scripts, etc. So, that utility isn’t much good for game save backup purposes.

How can I back up Steam saves?

So, you can back up your Steam game saves with GameBackupSystem, Steam Cloud, File History, or the manual File Explorer method.

How To Write Better Gpt

GPT-4, the latest language generation model from OpenAI, has taken the world of AI by storm. With its unprecedented ability to generate human-like text, it has opened up new possibilities for natural language processing and text generation.

But believe me if you’re not a good writer or don’t know the formula to write better prompts, you’ll fail to generate your desired results. Also, there are various types of prompts and to understand the techniques to write Ai prompts, you need to get a basic idea of each.

By the way, don’t worry, we are here to help you. In this article, we will explore the key elements of an effective GPT-4 prompt and provide examples to help you get started.

But first, what the hell are prompts?

A key part of using GPT-4, a language generation model made by OpenAI, is giving it prompts. They are a piece of text that is fed into GPT-4 and used by the model to make a response. In other words, the process of making text in GPT-4 starts with prompts.

Depending on the user’s goal, a prompt could be a question, a statement, a short story, a task, or a topic. They can be as easy as one word or as hard as an entire essay. A good prompt should be specific, clear, and give enough background information for GPT-4 to understand the topic and come up with a good answer.

For example, the answer to the question “What is the capital of France?” will be more specific than the answer to the question “What is the capital of a European country?”

So, now it’s time to discuss more about prompts, and to begin with, here are some of the most common and widely used AI prompts that are used in almost every text based AI tool or GPT-2 and 3.

These give GPT-4 a starting point or a small piece of text and tell them how to finish it. For example, “It was a dark, stormy night, and the main character felt…” or “Some of the benefits of meditation are…”

Story prompts ask GPT-4 to come up with a story or narrative about a certain topic or theme. For example, “Write a short story about a robot that wakes up” or “Create a mystery story set in a small town.”

These are open-ended questions that ask GPT-4 to make something creative, like a poem, song, or script. For example, “Write a poem about love” or “Write a script for a comedy movie.”

“Tell me more about the latest trend in the AI.”

“Generate a script for a 30-second commercial promoting our new product”

“I want you to act as a Linux terminal. I will type commands and you will reply with what the terminal should show. I want you to only reply with the terminal output inside one unique code block.”

“Tell me more.”

“Create a program and implement CRUD.”

“Act as Linux terminal.”

I have created a list of the best Chat GPT prompts that you can use as a template and save time for getting better results through any Ai text module. The list will save you time in thinking and writing. Don’t forget to check that out.

To write better AI text prompts, you need to know what the AI model you are working with can and can’t do. You also need to think about the context and audience for the prompts and use clear, specific language. You should also test and change your prompts to make sure they work.

Why Is It Important to Write Good Ai Text Prompts?

Good AI text prompts help to improve the accuracy and relevance of the model’s output, making it more useful and valuable for the intended audience.

What Are Some Guidelines for Writing Good Ai Text Prompts?

Some rules are to know what the AI model can do and what it can’t do, to think about the context and audience for the prompts, to use clear and specific language, and to test and change the prompts.

How To Run Internet Explorer On Windows 11

Microsoft officially discontinued Internet Explorer in 2023. A few years later, the company disabled IE in Windows 11, making it the first version of Windows without the browser in 20 years. IE had a reputation for being slow, was prone to security vulnerabilities, and was not as modern as other browsers, so the decision seemed natural. Regardless, you can still use the browser on Windows 11 with the help of a few workarounds. This guide discusses some of those methods.

Tip: if you’re still trying to decide whether to start using the latest Windows version, read through this list of reasons to upgrade to Windows 11.

Reasons to Run Internet Explorer on Windows 11

While Internet Explorer has received its fair share of criticism in the past, there are actually several reasons it may be worth a consideration for Windows 11 users.

Better integration with Microsoft products: Internet Explorer integrates better with Microsoft products, such as Office and OneDrive, as it enables direct access and editing of OneDrive files in the browser without downloading on your PC.

Browsing legacy websites: some government sites that were developed using outdated software or apps may only be accessible on Internet Explorer. You may need IE to browse these old websites.

Enterprise-level support: for companies using Windows 11, Internet Explorer offers enterprise support features, such as Group Policy management for administrators. This allows users to control browser settings across all devices.

Familiarity: even though Internet Explorer may not be the most secure or private web browser, for some users, it is still a familiar and well-established web browser that they have been using for years. If this describes you, you may find it more comfortable to navigate and browse your favorite sites on IE.

Security Concerns About Running IE on Windows 11

If you do decide to bring IE back on your Windows 11 computer, keep in mind that it may not be entirely safe to do so. Take note of these security concerns before making a final decision:

Vulnerable to hacker attacks: Internet Explorer is an outdated web browser with many security flaws and weaknesses. Moreover, it is almost impossible to maintain robust security measures due to its dated architecture.

User experience: Internet Explorer’s performance has been unsatisfactory for many years due to its interface, slow speed for some heavy-processing websites, and limited features compared to modern browsers.

How To Run A Simple Web Server On Iphone

Have you ever wanted to create your own portable server? Whether you’re learning web development and want to host your own HTML files on your iPhone, or whether you just want to play around with a server without being restricted to using a laptop or a computer to install MAMP, your iPhone can do it for you. So, if this is something you’re interested in, we’ve got you covered with all the important information you’ll need. Here is how you can run a simple web server on iPhone.

Run a Simple Web Server on iPhone and iPad

Running a server on your iPhone isn’t a difficult job at all. In fact, it’s really quite straightforward. All you need is a simple, free app, and that’s pretty much it. Obviously, since this is a simple web server, it won’t have all the bells and whistles you’ll get with something like a XAMP or MAMP installation on your laptop or PC. However, it can do the basics and do it well. So, let’s jump right in.

As always, you can use the table of contents below to navigate through this article.

Requirements for Running a Web Server on iPhone

Apart from an iPhone, all you need to run a web server, is a Linux shell environment. There are a couple you can use, but we are going to use the iSH Shell app (free).

Create a Simple Web Server on iPhone with iSH Shell

First, install the iSH Shell app (free) on your iPhone and launch the app.

Now, we will install Python 3 on the iPhone via the shell. Just type in the command mentioned below.

apk add python3

Once Python 3 is installed on your iPhone, you’re ready to create the server. Enter the command given below to start a web server on your iPhone.

Next, you should see the “Serving HTTP on 0.0.0.0 port 8000” message at the bottom. Besides, you will also get a popup saying something like, “iSH would like to find and connect to devices on your local network. This is required for connecting to localhost and using the ping command” Tap OK in the popup menu to proceed.

Next up, you can connect the web server from either the same device or another. If you want to connect to the iOS/iPadOS web server from the same device (localhost), just point any web browser to the following address.

In order to connect to the iOS/iPadOS web server from another device on the same network, point any web server to the below address.

How to Add Your HTML Files to Your iPhone Server

Now that we’ve created a server, you may be wondering where and how to add your HTML files, right? Well that’s easy as well. Just follow the steps below.

Note: We are assuming you already have created the HTML file you want to serve through your iPhone’s web server. If you haven’t you can create an HTML file on your Mac or PC and then follow the steps below.

On your iPhone, launch the Files app. Tap on the three dot icon on the top-right and tap on ‘Edit’.

Enable the toggle next to iSH, and then tap on ‘Done’.

Note: The file should be called index.html.

How to Stop Your iPhone Server

In the iSH Shell app where the server is running, tap on the control icon (up arrow) in the toolbar. Then, press ‘Z’ on the keyboard.

That’s it, iSH Shell will inform you that the server has been stopped.
